OhGrocer ("we", "us", "our") provides a mobile app that helps you track groceries, scan barcodes and receipts, manage your shelf, and optionally share pantries with others. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") cover your use of our app and services.
By downloading or using OhGrocer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

We provide the app "as is" — meaning we work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect all the time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use OhGrocer.
To use the app, you'll need to sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Please don't use the app for commercial inventory management or share sensitive personal information through shared pantry notes.
Shared pantries let you collaborate on a grocery list with people you invite. By using this feature:
Please be mindful: anything you add to a shared pantry is visible to everyone in that pantry.
The app: OhGrocer — its code, design, branding, and name — belongs to us. You're allowed to use it, but you can't copy, modify, or sell it without our permission.
Your data: Your grocery items, photos, and notes belong to you. We just store them so the app can work. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app.

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you agree to the practices described there.

Food safety: OhGrocer is a tracking tool, not a food safety device. Expiry dates are based on what you enter and may not reflect actual food safety. Always use your best judgment about food. We're not responsible for foodborne illness or spoilage.
OhGrocer uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate recipe suggestions and parse receipt text. Please be aware:
Recipe suggestion images are provided by third-party services (such as Unsplash and Pexels) and are licensed under their respective terms (typically CC0 / public domain). We do not claim ownership over third-party photography. These images are provided "as is" without any guarantees.
By you: You can stop using the app anytime. To delete your account and data, email support@ohgrocer.com.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we need to stop providing the service (we'll give you reasonable notice if possible).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts. If you're a consumer in another country, you may have additional legal rights under your local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app or by email. If you don't agree with the changes, you can stop using the app and delete your account.
